I'm a sausage nut. I enjoy making and eating many different kinds of sausage and cured meats. Seakor Deli is not the place to impress a date for lunch. The man behind the counter speaks little English and the corner TV runs continuous Polish tapes. The Sausages! That what's it about. They are all handmade and absolutely delicious. I enjoy the various smoked Kobasa (Kielbasa) the best. There is never a piece of gristle or bone in the products here. Just cut one in half and take a look. They also have beautiful smoked pork products such as loins, hams, and bacon.
