Great neighborhood restaurant! 12/20/2002

This is a wonderful neighborhood restaurant. Family run and staff it. You'll find everyone personable, vivacious and knowledgeable about the menu. You can go casual..this is not a pretentious palace. The food is hot, tasty and terrific, whether you're 55 or 8. You won't go wrong here, and the staff will make sure you feel good when you leave! Pros: Food, Staff, Price Cons: Nothing more

Not bad for shopping center dining. 10/14/2002

We tried this on a Sunday night after driving up to three other restaurants and finding they were closed. I am glad to have found a decent Italian place so near to where we live... The food was good, perhaps a bit too rich, but good none the less. The portions are huge. The bread they give as an appetizer is delicious. You can't expect more from a place with entree's under $15 Pros: A quiet place to eat, no crowds Cons: service not very prof more

The owners should be ashamed to call it either Greek or Italian. Perhaps in West Richmond Taco Bell qualifies for Spanish cuisine. Service was good but the food was awful - no flavor and overly dried meats in souvlaki. Manicotti was awash in cheap cheese. Go only if you have no tastebuds. Pros: parking, no crowds Cons: bad food, bad food, bad food more

Great Italian 7/8/2002

I went to the newer Grapevine II, at the intersection of Cox and Three Chop, and it was the perfect spot. The romantic atmosphere and rich food was all a person could ask for from this family owned restauant. The staff were all willing to help out with most any request a person could have, from a special order to seating request. I highly recommend this great secret to anyone in the mood for a night of Italian. Go check it out!!! Pros: Good praking, Personalized requests, Curtious service more
