they are rude, inept, and worthless. they "" manage"" a building in Playa Vista, and accomplish nothing.they had the audacity to ask the owners to help them ""police"" tattle on a ticket people in guest parking, which we all own, they do not respond to any requests and I am not going to purchase a unit here because of this horrible mentality of this company. beware. the company that is in charge of a building, can make it not worth your while to live there. STAY AWAY from this company if you want peace and quiet in your life where you live. more

seabreeze managment 5/31/2011

Not helpful at all! I had a leak in my house over a month ago.....and I am still under construction. NO customer service. In fact my 2 account manager are just down right rude. Worst customer service. I would run from purchasing another home with Seabreeze as the property management company. more
