My family visits this pet store alot. They are always helpful and nice. My little girl wanted a parakeet for christmas and they talked her into waiting for spring for nicer weather. They let her pick a baby out and they are training it to hand for her so when we pick it up it is tame. We have visited her bird there and will get it this week. She is very excited and they gave us a super deal on a cage too. Now she will have a tame bird she can love and hold thanks to them. We have 3 hamsters we got there that are loveable and healthy. They always take the time to teach the kids about the animals. One daughter wants to be a vet and they always take time to teach her and answer her questions. My daughter thanks you for training her bird to hold it. Thank you. more

I have waited 15 years to start a salt water tank, and when I did Sea Tide was there they help me from day one. I wanted to get it all now but they help me pase myself and do it right. I now after 6 mo have 2 tanks a 55g and a 30g salt water reef tank and both are thriving thanks to Waynes and sea tides help! I love the store and all the people in it. And they also have many other pet stuff for snakes rodent ext ext I am really only into the Salt water. I love going here because they have the best service and advice you can get. Anywhere. From sugar gliders to hermit crabs. They have no problem explaining things and lending a helping hand. Forget PetLand and their teenage no-nothings. If you want the best, go with Sea Tide. Pros: Service Cons: Prices are somewhat higher b/c their a small business, but worth it more
