Sea Side Reservations

I have had some experience booking a rental through Steve Schwab, owner of this Company as well as Arizona Lodging Experts. Be very careful when working with them. I had a personal health issue (diagnosed with cancer that required chemo) that precluded us from using our rental. This group rerented our property, and still kept our downpayment money, essentially doubling the downpayment money they made and capitalizing on our misfortune. While their actions were not illegal, they were certainly immoral and unethical. I would not deal with any Steve Schwab owned company ( i believe he has four of them) or Spencer Farnsworth at Arizona Lodging again as they clearly took advantage of us for their profit. These guys are very unscrupulous.\r more

We stayed in the Princesa and had a great time. My wife loved the room we had, and hasn't stopped talking about the trip yet. So I think she had fun too. We're already planning our next trip down there and definitely using Sea Side again. more

If you're looking at going on vacation or visiting Mexico these guys can give you what you want. They have many different resorts on the sandy beach of Puerto Penasco(Rocky Point). I booked through them and stayed at the Sonoran Sun and had a blast. Sea Side can give you information on different resorts and activities to do all through Rocky Point. more
