We bought Groupons for a snorkeling trip. My friend became extremely ill with an autoimmune problem. I called to ask for an extension to use the Groupons. They flat out refused. No accommodation. Didn't care at all. Other businesses go out of their way to satisfy customers. This one obviously doesn't care about customer care or public relations. With this kind of attitude I'm not so upset after all -- I'd hate to have experienced this kind of treatment while on a dive.
