Waitstaff needs quite alot of training. We had 8 people in our party, 2 of us ordered soup as an appetizer and the rest of us just our lunch. 15 minutes of waiting and someone finally brought us or 2 cups of soup, note this wasn't our waiter. We finished the soup and the server came and cleared the table. 30 minutes later we got the rest of our food. When we asked the server why it was taking so long we got the steryotypical answer ""The kitchen is a little backed up"" Being a chef and working in the front of the house at fine dining establishments, I already know that most servers will blame the kitchen rather than admit a fault on their behalf. When the food finally arrived it was lukewarm and not too impressive looking, it tasted satisfying but nothing to rant and rave about. All in all if you want to have a cup of soup and chicken sandwich during a stressful 1 1/2 hour session go ahead and give the Captain a try, I for one will never bring them back my business nor will I recomend them to any collegues or friends.
Cons: waitstaff can not handle larger parties.
