On November 2014 I’ve sold on Ebay ($50,900) my property to Mr. Edward White (Timber Ridge Land Preservation Corp., White Holdings LLC, New York Oil Gas Mineral-NYOGM, Native Land Company).
I have received an email form Mr. White: "Lev, I have a local attorney who will be able to represent both of us. I will email you a purchase offer tomorrow to sign and get back to me. Then we can do a traditional closing. Ed"
I've signed the contract and overnight the notarized Deed to the Escrow Agent Rachel Scura, Scura Law Firm whose address was provided by Mrs. Michele White. In 4 days I suddenly knew the Allegany County has registered my land in White Holdings, LLC (Edward White) name. Immediately after registration Mr. White declined to pay for my land.
After my literally "numerous" contacts demanding Mr. White to pay for my land, I've received this email: "Lev, my attorney {Rachel Scura} told me that this transaction has been finalized and that I owe you nothing else as per the law"
Scura Law Firm does not respond at all to my requests.
During last 9 months demanding Rachel Scura and White Holdings to pay my money (they call it harassment) I have received this from Edward White:
Rachel Scura is hotter than a pistol and has the power and authority to hit your properties with some serious liens. I's erase everything you put on the net about her. Then she might forgive you. Maybe, maybe not but you need to stop now... You get nothing else other than a judgment when we all sue you. Do you want to settle? I'm asking $100,000
