Asking us for more money now and promising our well hookups by September, 2011 with revenue soon to follow. This has not happened. I investigated the situation and located the adjacent pipeline on the RRC database-fine. Then I have heard distressing news regarding their failed negotiation with the pipeline owner with whom our gas should have been sold to. Won't sign a deal so the gas remains in the ground. Has anybody even heard back from them in regarding this? They don't like to return phone calls, correspondence, and now website. Can this be legit? More details- just contact me here.. more

Not everyone can be as successful as Noel Scully 9/27/2011

It's amazing how everyone expects to become a millionaire overnight. This is in fact not humanly possible unless you play your lucky lottery numbers and hit the big one. Good luck with that. Life is about taking chances, if you have been fortunate enough to have actually sat down with Noel Scully and gotten to know him you would find out that he is worth every second. There's 2 sides to every coin 7/26/2011

I've invested many times over the years with Noel Scully, and I've made and lost money. In fact, I'm still getting checks on wells from 6-7 years ago! It upsets me to have his good name dragged into the dirt because he hasn't hit every well. This is the oil game...some hit, some don't. more

I am anxiously waiting the indictment of Jeff Evans and Noel Scully as they have stolen millions from unsuspecting investors in their scam . I invested with them six years ago and have read their pack of lies only to prove my point . BEWARE! They owe us BIG TIME ! more

I have recently been told by some other investors that TOGA and Flatiron are not associated with Scully exploration. Cons: Disinformation, delays and excuses. more
