My initial visit was great. The people were nice. Then when I tried to get a refill on ambien (insomnia) i had called 5 times and they never returned a call. When i reached a nurse i would be told they are putting in the order and will call me back when they had it done, but never received one return call in 3 weeks. I had CVS call and fax them on 4 seperate occasions and they never recieved a return call. The one time they faxed in the script it had no quantity or dosage amount on it, so the pharmacy could not fill it. When i went into her office to confront them on such poor support she would not even see me and they handed me a peice of paper through window saying she is no longer my doctor. Don't ever visit this place. Horrible Horrible Service. more

I was a patient for 10 years and never had a problem until she wouldn't refill a prescription without an appointment. The appointment times they had were not until almost a month later and she refused to give me temporary medicine. Obviously the co-payment is more important to her than her patients health. Stay away from her. more

When I first went to doctor Scudder in 04, I was nervous because I have never had a good experience with doctors. When Dr Scudder came into the room, she introduced herself and actually sat down to talk to me for a long time. I was going their for a check up but managed to get several other tests done as well as a few prescriptions. She seemed very sncere and was very friendly as well. I have made her my doctor for life! My husband and children also have her as a primary care physician. The office staff is wonderful and the nurses are very prompt in returing calls. I feel very at ease in the office. Definitely one of the last good doctors in this area! more
