We took three estimates before hiring Screen Rooms By J to screen in our outdoor patio in our first home. We were new homeowners and really didn't know a lot about who to hire or what to look for. Jack, the owner, came out to give us an estimate and was so warm and friendly that we were immediately put at ease. He answered all of our questions and was genuinely concerned that the job was done to our satisfaction. He oversaw every aspect of the job and it was even done the week after the initial estimate. We have since moved and have used Screen Rooms By J again in our new home. We are so happy with the finished product, I strongly recommend them- they do outstanding work and are really dedicated to making the customer happy! Prior to hiring Screen Rooms by J to build our gabled screened porch, we'd done our research and gotten bids from at least 4 other contractors in the area. We chose Screen Rooms by J for several reasons. For one, they offered higher grade materials as their standard product. They use thicker aluminum (.030) in many areas and screen that is of a finer mesh and better quality than your standard porch screen. We checked them out through the Central Florida BBB and saw that they had been members of the BBB since 1983, and they did not have a single complaint listed... as opposed to many of the other contractors we researched. Lastly, Screen Rooms by J did not require a deposit, so we knew they were confident about satisfying their customers. The icing on the cake, was their cost was very reasonble.
