After only have my new Honda for 3 weeks I was rear-ended :( Being new in town I wasn't sure where to go for repairs, but after checking reviews decided I'd visit Scotty's - VERY...

A Pleasure doing business with 2/9/2011

I've had two different vehicles repaired at Scottys recently, (bad luck). Both repairs were done completely, very high quality, and on time. The crew at Scottys apparantly have taken some classes on customer service, and learned alot because they do a text book job of making a customer feel at ease when dealing with a stressful situation. I will certainly use Scottys in the future, hopefully not for a while! more

Great Service!!! 1/23/2011

I took my car to Scotty's after vandals broke a window and left dents and paint chips across the driver's side of the car. The service technician, Curtis, was very friendly and made every effort to help out as much as he could. After the shop dealt with insurance for me and giving me updates about the progress the vehicle was done in only a week. Recommended for anyone who needs to get any kind of body work done! more

This Is The Place For Car Repairs 1/19/2011

I had the best experience at this body shop. They came and pick up my car the next morning after the accident and I had my truck back in week and a half. I am so pleased with their service and their staff. If you need repairs done after an accident this is the place to go. They are truly professionals. My truck looks like new! more

East side best auto body repair 12/29/2010

All employee's at Scotty's Body shop were eager to please the customer, and to jump in and get started on the work being done. We were really pleased with the progress, and thought of our car as being brand new, even though it is 6 years old. I was very pleased with the work, and would refer anyone to Scotty's body shop, as they are considered professionals in my book. more

Best Service in Town! 12/10/2010

This was my first visit to Scotty's Body Shop and they were fantastic! \r They worked with my insurance adjuster directly to set a price and they had my car completed a day sooner than they expected. \r My car looked like new when I picked it up and you could never tell there was ever any damage.\r The customer service was excellent and the workmanship was perfection! more

Excellent Service and Quality Work 11/9/2010

My Honda Civic car had a small accident . I visited many Auto care centers to get a quote for the repair of my car and Scottys was the only one that gave a less quote for the repair. I dropped of my car at Scottys body shop and got it repaired so fast with excellent work done including the painting which made my car look as a brand new one. Fast and Excellent customer service. more

Excellent Service 11/2/2010

My Toyota Camry car had the bumper cover broken which also needed a new absorber. I visited many Auto care centers to get a quote for the repair of my car and Scottys was the only one that gave a less quote for the repair. I dropped of my car at Scottys body shop and got it repaired so fast with excellent work done including the painting which made my car look as a brand new one. \r \r After a month, my car's passenger side mirror was broken and again I approached Scottys to a new mirror fixed and it was fixed in 30min. Fast and Excellent customer service.\r more

Great Company, Great Service 10/27/2010

I am a college student at Grand View University, but I am from Texas. After my accident, I wasn't sure where to take my truck for repairs. I found Scotty's Body Shop on University, and I am glad I did. Lewis kept me in the loop with everything they were doing with my truck. He was very helpful when I had questions. On the day I was supposed to pick my truck up, they found a problem with one of the warning lights on my dash. They called me to let me know about it, and were able to get that fixed very quickly. I am very happy with the work they did on my truck, and the service that I received from them. Hopefully I won't need a body shop any time soon, but if I do, I will definitely go back to Scotty's.\r more

Timely, Friendly, Great Service 10/20/2010

I took my car in after a wreck, thinking my car would never look the way it did 24 hours earlier. I talked to Curtis, who gave me a reasonable price and assured me the car would be better than ever, and I would have it back (detailed as well!) two days later. I arrived promptly at noon to find my car sharper than it was before I took it in, detailed, washed and ready to go. I picked up my car and paid within 5 minutes! They exceeded expectations! more

The best body shop in town 10/7/2010

We, unfortunately have had the need to use Scotty's Body Shop twice in the last 90 days! My husbands F150 repair and the repairs on my Ford Edge were completed and ready as promised right on time. Scotty's took care of everything for us. We drove in and they handed us the keys to the rental car! I did not have to spend hours on the phone dealing with insurance companies, setting up card rentals, etc. Scotty's did all the leg work for us. My husbands 10 year old truck looked brand new with a beautiful shiny finish. Our friends were asking if he had a new truck! GREAT WORK! more
