I hired Scott's to treat my lawn so I could spend my time putting in gardens: what a mistake! I could go into detail, but space is limited so I'll list the reasons why I fired Scott's:- The products didn't work: I've been battling weeds all season - something I had less trouble with last year.- The technicians are incompetent: the guy suggested that I fix my fungus problem by covering the grass with topsoil and then laying new sod. (I thought that the idea was that their products were supposed to kill the fungus!)- The customer service reps are rude and argumentative- The salesmen act like sleazy used car salesmen. They make a lot of promises but deliver nothing.- The promised aeration that was part of the agreed treatment never happened.- The salesmen don't know what they're talking about. In fact, two of them contradicted each other on the condition of my lawn and on the quality of their technicians.To cap it all off, I just got a letter from the branch manager imploring me to come b
