Ordered $180 boat cover. My credit card was charged one day later. 16 days later I called them and asked the status of my order. Quote ""We are having problems with our supplier"" (CARVER). So I say, ""Why did you charge my card one day after I ordered?"" Scotties response, ""Well, sometimes you will receive your order BEFORE we charge your card."" I say, ""But apparently not in my case"". She says, ""Noooooo, not in your case"". So I say ""when can I expect delivery of the boat cover"". She says, ""Well, hopefully in a week and a half from now"". (27 days total). And, oh yeah, they said they would call me back but never did - so I had to call them AGAIN).
I don't usually post reviews but I'm getting so fed up with shoddy service that, henceforth, I'm going to start posting EVERYTIME I get ripped off. Companies are complaining about the economy. IT'S NOT THE ECONOMY - IT'S THE LACK OF SERVICE AND SHODDY BUSINESS PRACTICES that are hurting these people.
