Worst

In all honesty, poor communication from office combined with dr being 25 minutes late resulted in a total waste my time and inability to rate him as a doctor.

Dr. Scott saved my life. If I had contd. on, I could have been permanently injured and potentially paralyzed. He told me to get an MRI. The results were astonishing. Long story short, I've had spine problems throughout my entire relationship with Dr. Scott and he has gotten me the care I've needed to more on with my life, pain free. I also LOVE that he is a big advocate to exercise. He'll keep you active. The only flaw I see is he tends to run late. But, he's worth the wait. more

Great guy and great doctor 10/28/2013

Dr. Scott has been treating me for knee and hand issues for several years, and, he, more than any other human being on this planet, has kept me out on my road bike climbing the sometimes nasty hills of the Santa Cruz mountains, for which I can't thank him enough. more

Just like to add on the previous reviews and I know that these patients agree with me when I say that Dr. Scott is the most trusted doctor you have ever met. The reason why? Very simple, because this Doctor truly cares about his patients. In the 26 years I live in SC area I have seen many MD's and no one can come even close to this excellent doctor. What more can I say..,,,,, well I can say that I feel blessed to be his patient. more

Awesome Doctor 10/16/2013

Dr. Scott operates at a level rarely achieved by people in any profession. Not only is he great at diagnosing, he communicates at the level needed by the patient and then he crafts a program that if followed gets you back to where you want to be as much as that is possible based on circumstance. I literally flew 3000 miles to see him on my recent visit to his office. Can't say enough about him and his helpful staff member. more

Dr. Scott is the best sports medicine doctor on the planet 10/10/2013

Dr. Scott takes the time to listen to you and then thoroughly examine you to determine what may be wrong. He is the only doctor that I know, who pulls out a skeletal model of the problem area and then show you the mechanics of what is happen and what may be causing the problem. Not only that, he remembers you by name and the problem that he treated, even if it was a few years ago. more

Compassionate care and good instincts! 9/13/2013

I am so taken with the compassionate care I receive from Dr Scott. I appreciate his patience in really getting to the root of the problem and not making a superficial diagnosis. He is usually dead on with his instincts of what is going on. I always feel better just from his caring nature alone! I would highly recommend him to anyone! more

I have only seen Dr Scott twice but he takes his time -gets the details-and he know what's going on. He knows how important it is to get moving asap! The injections work!! I don't like needles but he made them painless--and I noticed improvement within hours. more

Dr. Scott is amazing 7/25/2013

Dr. Scott knows how to listen. That alone makes it worth seeing him. He wants you to keep moving unlike most practitioners. His advice was effective and I have referred him to all my athlete friends. After 2 weeks, my problem was solved. But, more than that, he gave me strategies to keep me sound, He's lots of fun, too. more

Went to Dr. Scott for a recurring hamstring/IT band issue. He knew exactly what was going on and gave great stretching techniques. After 1 week, I can already feel a big improvement. Highly recommend him. more

You will not find a sports physician with more experience. Dr Scott has helped me to stay active despite my defective knees. Dr Scott will help you maintain the activities you wish to continue. He asks the right questions and takes the time to fully understand what you are trying to accomplish whether it is work or sport related. He then maps out treatment and "homework" for you to get on the road to recovery. Do the work as prescribed and you will get results. more

Dr. Scott is brilliant! I highly recommend him to anyone with shoulder or neck issues. He is the Sherlock Holmes of sports injuries or maybe the nicer brother of Doctor House of the tv show. Anyway, Dr. Scott is my doctor and I am proud and happy to say so. more

Have seen Dr. Scott since his days at Kaiser. Dr. Scott is thorough, exhaustive and always pushing beyond standard forms of treatment. As an athlete himself, his perspective is unique and is a huge benefit when treating sports related injuries. Over the years I've had some atypical injuries and I'm never surprised when Dr. Scott provides a detailed, comprehensive and realistic plan of treatment. I highly recommend him for any sports or orthopedic issues. more

Dr Scott is a wonderful doctor. He is not only knowledgeable he is willing to spend the time with me to explain my questions about treatment and health issues to my satisfaction. He has a way of getting to the health problem quickly and has solutions that work. His office manager Anne is the best, she like Dr Scott is personal and down to earth. I would recommend him to anyone with Orthopedic issues. more
