I was recommended this agency by my mortgage broker. We bought a house last month. I generally don't write reviews but Katie from this office is awesome. My closing was changed 3 times and she rolled with it perfectly. The price was competitive, but the service was more than I expected. more

Gracias def will be switching to state farm 12/16/2010

I sent my mother to get her renters insurance there since the ad said they spoke Spanish and I living in Macon couldn't be there to help. They were great and the spanish representative there Norma was so helpful. She called to let us know everything was taken care of and switched her auto too and was able to save her a ton on her car insurance as well. My mother was ecstatic that someone was able to help her in her own language. Nice to know service like this still exists. more

Saved me a bunch 11/12/2010

I called Scott to buy an homeowners policy for a house I was closing on. Working with him was far and away the easiest part of closing plus I saved a bunch on my auto policy when I switched to him. Overall good experience. more

Great Customer Service 11/12/2010

I was recently in an accident, not of my fault. When you no longer have a car available right when you need it wih a small child can be inconvienent. Scott made sure before he left for the day to make sure that my rental car would not only be ready. He brought me to it. Customer Service like that is hard to find. more

Best rates for car insurance by far! 11/12/2010

I was called by a really friendly lady named Norma, she asked me if I wanted a free quote... Usually I just hang up on phone solicitors but Norma was really professional, definitely not some lame telemarketer. I am so glad I took the call, they saved me $378 on my car insurance and even bought a life insurance policy. I'll be giving them my homeowners policy business when I buy a house next month. This is where you want to do business, they are friendly and State Farm is the biggest insurance company out there so it's a win win. more

home, renters, life, or car insurance. they have it all. they maybe a little pricier than other insurance companies, but the service you get from them is worth every dime. more
