collosal waste of time 8/18/2009

It's hardly worth the time it takes to receive an exam if not only one but two Dr.'s admit that they are guessing with your frame lenses and contact lenses. As if that weren't enough, I was also asked to pay 150% of the price for a mistake that was theirs. I've had better service in New Mexico - and service is a joke there. Cons: sub-par service; horrendous customer care more
