I have been dealing with Scott Clark Toyota for 15 years, having purchased three cars from them, as well as having all maintenance done by their Service Department. There's a reason I travel 30-40 minutes (one-way) across town for my car's service: I have absolute trust in the quality, skills, and knowledge of SC's service people.\r

During my latest service appointment, I worked with Mark Beeker, assistant service manager. He set the appointment to meet my schedule; greeted me on arrival; and kept me apprised throughout the appointment of issues arising with the car. Several things needed to be replaced, which I expected, and Mark prepared detailed cost estimates, which we reviewed together before the work was started. He answered all questions to my satisfaction, and gave me a reasonable time frame for having all repairs done.\r

I asked his advice on some 'car questions,' and I believe he gave me suggestions that were in my best interest. He is courteous, experienced and accommodating. \r

And, once again, I left Scott Clark as a very happy customer!
