I was treated so well 4/25/2011

I usually don't write reviews on these things, but I was treated so well that I feel I must. I recently sent a request over the Internet for a price quote, and I had a couple of questions about the different options avaialble. J.R. my Salesman called me back almost immediately. He answered all of my questions. I received a great deal on my new 350Z. I am looking to get a Murano soon as well, and I will definitely come back to see J.R. and all the helpful people at South Charlotte Nissan. more

the easiest to do business 4/22/2011

Of my car buying experiences, this dealer was one of the easiest to do business. There was no pressure to buy and you got the feeling that Brandon and Bryan were dealing honsestly and fairly. I never questioned the integrity of the employyes that I dealt with here. The purchase experience was lengthy,as we evalauted the deals on several cars, but they never showed any impatience. I bought a 2009 Sentra for my daughter and am happy with the car and the overall experience.No doubt I would shop her for my next car. more

I want everyone to know what a great experience we had purchasing an Armada from South Charlotte Nissan. Between Rick and Brian, all our needs were anticipated. I watched my wife really enjoy "buying the car of her choice, herself!" We were not sold...we were given the pleasant chance to purchase it. The entire staff went well above and beyond during our visits and helped make our experience the best of any dealership in the area. We visited 3 other car dealerships and chose to buy from South Charlotte Nissan. more

A Wonderful Experience 3/29/2011

I had a wonderful experience while making my purchase, and for my sales person Matthew to be a great help with information etc. I have not received a survey. I received your initial letter in the mail but thats all the correspondences I received. Matthew was "great". I would give him a 10 for sure. you can send me another survey in necessary or except this email as my expression of gratitude. more

I am sure you get many comments...but I wanted you to know what a great experience we had purchasing a Pathfinder from your dealership. Between Mazen Tutah and his assistant Eun Song, all our needs were anticipated. I watched my wife really enjoy "buying the car of her choice, herself!" We were not sold...we were given the pleasant chance to purchase it. I saw my wife laughing with Eun while exploring Bluefooth. I had fun helping Richard and Mazan install the crossbars and license plates. Then in the mail we received a gift of cookies! First class! We never met, but I worked for Caterpillar for 40 years...and I was the expert for CAT distributors worldwide on selection and training of Sales Managers and Sales Consultants. Your people would have scored in the top among the sales forces of the 100 plus dealers I worked with. I also know that when people are given opportunities and support by their managers, they can over perform. You have a great management staff and business philosophy. Keep it up...and thanks again. Tom Reneau...one customer whose expectations were EXCEEDED! more

The dealership did not have the exact car I wanted so they searched the Charlotte area for just the right car, they did find it and it took a couple of hours to get the entire process completed; therefore, I had time to walk around the dealership and talk to most of the sales team, they were all very professional and kind. more
