Enjoyable Dentist Visit. 4/5/2010

Let's face it almost no-one enjoys going to the dentist. Personally I have always hated going to them. But ACTUALLY, I really enjoyed going today. This is the first time that I can think of that I liked my visit. The staff was very friendly and courteous, and Dr. Terry was extremely friendly and personable, and understanding of my individual needs. Everything about this office is inviting; from watching your own personal TV while waiting, to watching birds outside, to not even remotely smelling like a dentists office. I MORE!!! than Highly Recommend this facility. You will not find a finer group of Healthcare Professionals in one place as wonderful as these, trust me; ... ... ... I work in healthcare. more

The office is always clean and neat. The staff are always friendly and accomodating. I feel like I should not enjoy my visits to the Dentist so much. The staff and Dr. Terry are always professional yet warm and personal. more

cleaning after 5 years 3/12/2010

I have been w/o dental insurance for 5 yrs. I used to go regularly. I had so much build up on my teeth she had to use the "Power Washer" pick on them!! I have never had so much plaque build-up. I don't remember her name (wish I did) but she did such soft work on my teeth that I had no pain later that evening as I'd expected. She was great. I also was given the flower bouquet for being picked as the patient of the day. I had such a pleasant experience at their office. That made me smile. The office staff made me feel so comfortable.....and tough to do when your sitting in the reception area!! Thanks, DK more
