If you have any issues or if there's something you don't understand, he's patient and will stay on the phone until you do understand. You can call him anytime. He's honest as well. If there's something he is unsure of he will say, "You know, I don't know the answer, but give me a little bit of time and I'll get back to you with the answer." And he does. I just joined maybe a month ago. Ask them questions and they'll answered them for you. They don't hire on pushers or try to cover things up. more
