My husband and I have been going to the Scoreboard for 9 years. LOVED the food and the atmosphere. We had young kids and took a break but then when the boys turned 3 and 5 we thought we woudl go with them again. So happy. Food was great service was awesome. Donny is great he is now the day manager. Anyway, we were out of town for much of December and came back this year. (2009) They had changed the menu. which was fine it has happened 3 times since we started going, but they did not have this great cajun chicken snadiwch they used to make. So we asked if they still made it. Brad the manager/night bartender said ""If it's not on the menu they can't have it"" So we looked at the menu. There is a Cajun burger (with the same spices) and a chicken sandwich with avocado. So my husband says ""I would like the chicken sandwich no avocado with the cajun spices"" and the waitress, she was really great she chuckled and said it shouldn't be a problem. Just after that we here Brad scream at her. I told you if it's not on the menu we won't do it. Let me just tell you the waitress was aweome I felt bad for her and I am sure that the Avocado would have cost more than the spices to put on the chicken,. Third. In the last 6 months of 2008 we were there every weekend Brad knows us the witress knows us Donny knows us not to mention the money we have spent there. Unfortunately we will no longer go to our ""neighborhood"" place and are very sad. But the menu is now very limited there are no more Saturday specials which the prime rib was perfect and Brad really turned me off.
Pros: The ambiance and waitresses
Cons: Brad and their STRICT new menu
