Forget kindly giving the owner of Scooters Towing aka Tokey Recovery, tips on how his secretary handles her phone calls. He could care less. I've paid tow companys in the past, but this was the worst experience. I was standing on the nearest intersection on my cell phone, asking the secretary ""Do I go east or west?"" She rudely stated she didn't know her east from her west. I told her to go find out. I got hung up on. I helpfully told the owner what happened. A real customer service rep would put me on hold & found out her east from her west. He was defensively screamin at the tops of his lungs. I quote his exact words, ""we are a towing co, were not in business to give good customer service & I could give a &#% if my secretary sent you 20 miles out of the way."" UNREAL! I own a computer company, if my secretary was hanging up on people, I want to be the 1st to know & the 1st to handle it with dignity & class. I talked w/ a few locals, this guy appartenly already has established a bad rep.
Pros: Absolutely zero pros
Cons: If you want the owner to scream at you when you have a complaint, this is your kind of place.
