I've been using this company for 17 years for routine septic-tank pumping, and to replace a failed septic pump. They always have been prompt, very reasonably priced, and professional. All four times I've used them, the technicians have been very nice and never rushed the job, including one time when there were so many solids in my tank that it took over an hour to fully clean out. To the reviewer above who blamed the company for his septic tank filling back up after three weeks: it is supposed to fill up. Your septic system works by holding those 1000 gals in the tank so that bacteria can break down the solids, then the broken-down material flows into your leach field and then into the water table. Please do not blame your lack of understanding on this company; your ignorance is not their fault. more

had my tank pump out 3 weeks ago its already full... guy was here for 10 mins said he pumped out 1000gals. b.s.. last time it took at least 20min.. they screwed me!!!!!!!!!!11 more

Work on my septic system was perform poorly. Technician was rude and arrogant. Called three times and asked for owner to call back to rectify problem. NEVER returned calls and problem never fixed. I do not recommend this company. Stay away from them. more
