Where do I begin. Their website is never current or updated so call before you drive out. When you do call be ready to be greeted by people who need to take some customer service courses. They are rude, unprofessional and overpriced. The river was disgusting. Trash everywhere and the canoes where filthy. We should have gone to Trapper Johns! more

WOW We drove an hour to bring our kayaks to this place and wanted to have a good day on the water. When we arrived there we asked for them to pick us up at the end of the trip BUT the old man we talked to said they were going to be too busy to do it. They advertise that they will haul your canoe or kayak for you for $10.00 each but they LIE. He said he couldn't do it for that and said he would do it for $25.00. What kind of crooks are these people? DO NOT GO HERE!!!! more

I would not recommend this for anyone until the owners clear out a very definite safety hazard. There is a fallen tree that blocks a very narrow area of the river, and it is very likely that you will tip over in your kayak or canoe, and possibly get trapped under the tree. It happened to us, and the owners were not helpful at all, and even admitted that it is a problem that they haven't been able to correct, but hoped to next year. I felt it was my responsiblity to write a review and warn people, especially with families with young children, or school/club events, that it isn't safe. more
