Take your jewelry elsewhere! 3/17/2008

Schwanke-Kasten is fit to be no more than a retail outlet. I inadvertently risked ruining my engagement ring by taking it to Schwanke-Kasten for appraisal and re-sizing. Their ""gemologist"" was not certified and their goldsmith was ridiculously inexperienced. This jeweler will not receive my business in the future. more
