Thinking this was a jeweler I could trust, I allowed them to rebuild the prongs on my engagement ring two years ago. They estimated it would cost $400. When it came back, much later than promised, they charged me $600. Tho I hadn't had any problems with it for the first 18 years, in less than a year after Schulz worked on it, the prongs were catching everything. I took it back. A surly jeweler fussed with it a little bit then handed it back to me. I ran it across my JEANS -- not a fuzzy sweater -- and the prongs still caught. Handed it back to him, he picked at it a little more and it was a little better. In less than a year it was back to being as bad as it had before. THIS TIME they said they'd charge me to fix the problem they created. There is no way I'm getting ripped off by these people again. I'd been a loyal customer for more than a decade. Be WARE.
