Early New Year's Eve, we returned home from a long day at the zoo. As I was pulling into the garage, I was careless and drove over one of my sprinkler values. The value was destroyed and water filled my front yard. Since my sprinklers were cut right into my water main, I had to shot off the water main. As a result, I had no water to the house. So, I called a Schuelke Plumbing who has worked on my house in the past. They told me that it would cost $200 just to show up at the house. I said I didn't care and told them to come over. He asked where I was located and said that he would need to call me back. When he did call he said that they didn't service my area. I told him that this wasn't correct because they had been to my house a number of times in the past. Then he told me that they were just too busy. I understand it was New Year's Eve. I knew it was going to be a pain to get someone to my house and that it might cost me a lot to do so. I could even understand if they said “sorry we are not working tonight.” The answer they gave me is totally unacceptable and displays a lack of integrity and professionalism. I will not do business with them again and would advise everyone to stay away from them. By the way with the help of Angie's List, I was able to get a plumber to my house 20 minutes later and he charged me $100. more

I think they are good plumbers. They arrived when they said they would and they put booties on. However, I think they are somewhat expensive like most of the plumbers in get in the yellow pages who have big ads. I fortunately looked on the website and they were offering a special for clogged drains and I just used them for that. I had another problem but did not have them repair it as they were too expensive. more

I've been working with Schuelke for many years now. They are someone which I could trust upon. Truly dedicated people with efficient skills. No matter how big problem is, these people also come up with solution and most surprisingly they show up at doorsteps within minutes. Thank you for all your hard work and generous service.
