On Saturday the 14th, I went to Sod Depot to purchase sod. I was late and they were sold out...totally understand...as I said I was late. The man working the counter was very polite and assured me that he would have sod for me at 1630 on Monday. I was back at the business at 1630 on Monday. The same guy told me that they were sold out. I started to tell him that he told me that he would have sod for me on Monday at 1630. He cut me off, saying the following: ""It is 4:30. We are sold out!"" He said it rudely. A simple apology would have worked not a rude interruption. I said ""OK"" and left. My recommendation is that if you need sod, go somewhere else.
