Stopped by on July 23, 2011 and purchased 4 pastries all were stale and had to throw them away as thye were not edible. A waste of $10.00. more

BIRTHDAY CAKE and HARD CRUST ROLLS 7/31/2009

I am a fist time customer to School Street Bakery. The bakery was recommended by my cousin, I ordered the hard crust rolls for a party I was having at my home; the buns were perfect crusty on the outside and soft on the inside, so fresh tasted like it just came out of the oven. I also ordered for the first time a birthday sheet cake: The cake was so delicious it was so moist and the butter cream frosting the best cake I have ever had from a bakery. I so happy I found a great bakery in my area. Highly recommend !!! more

School St. Bakery in my humble opinion is not a very good bakery. I have come to find alot of thier goods being dry and somewhat old tasting. There are much better alternatives out there. Plus it is very difficult to get in and out of the parking lot because it is next to one of Taunton's most dangerous intersections. So watch out and be safe when you go pick up your cakes. they do have a variety of different baked goods...but not good gooods more
