Have had good service when physically be in the building. Doctors and PA are kind and professional.
However, as a student who lives away from home it is important to feel comfortable calling your doctor and feeling they are accessible. Both my sister and I have had extremely unpleasant situations when trying to discuss private issues with the PA. It was the same receptionist who answered the phone on both of our separate occasions. She was not helpful in directing what types of questions we should be asking, was not kind at all to either one of us, and quickly turned rude with both of our requests.
I will shorty be looking for a different doctor.
Very disappointed because like I said, the experience in the physical space was good, but it is very important to me to feel I can call my doctor and have their office staff treat me with dignity and respect. If this is something you value, I would NOT recommend Shogel & Fardo.
