the plumber was supposed to contact someone to come to the house and fix our bathroom floor and than he was goi9ng to install a new toilet we never heard back from him RESPONSE FROM Schneller Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning: Joseph, we would like to apologize for the experience that you had and apologize for just now responding to this comment. We have not had access to the review account and definitely wanted to make this right for you. We have looked into the notes of the call and it would seem the tech thought you were hiring a company to replace the subfloor and then having us back out after that. We apologize for the confusion on this and would like the opportunity to make this right. Please let us know how we can do that. more

I would recommend Schneller to everyone. 11/15/2016

Schneller has very professional employees. We have always been pleased with the service we have received from the company and their employees. We have replaced two toilets and one garbage disposal. Also had a new kitchen faucet installed by the company. The employees always place covers over their shoes when they enter our home, which is very respectful of others property. Yes, we have seen ads for lower prices but you get what you pay for! more

Adam arrived within the allotted time. He was courteous and knowledgeable. He explained a new device to further reduce dust and pollen. A few days after he left, however, I found he forgot to turn the thermostat back on. It was quite chilly! more

The plumbing assessment was a joke. The person who helped with my thermostat way over-sold the benefits of a plumbing inspection. I've been with Kris ever since he was at Knochelmann. he brought the same service and leadership with him to Schneller. i have had only one problem, but that was just a misunderstanding. Their service men ae very professional and know exactly what they are suppose to do. I will always use Schnellerfor my HVACand plumbing needs. more
