Great 11/16/2011

Just wanted you to know that I received the ""thank you"" note and telephone message from Ann. I have never before had such a great followup by any repair shop!!! You can be sure that I will recommend you even though I live near Seattle. We mad it home from Simi Valley with no problems and we really appreciate the work BOB did to find the trouble more

Schneider's is wonderful because the people have integrity and the work is of the highest quality. If a repair is going to take a little longer, Schneiders helps in arranging a car rental at a good price. We have been Schneider's customers for over ten years for these very reasons. more

20 miles to get to Schneiders is well worth 4/25/2011

outstanding service and repairs. I have to drive 20 miles to get to Schneiders but it is well worth the extra time and trouble. They are top notch more

The customer service was friendly and outstanding from beginning to end: scheduling an appointment, arranging for an inexpensive rental car, getting the problem diagnosed and necessary work completed. And the cost of the work was quite reasonable. I will be a repeat customer, and I will recommend Schneider's Auto Repair to my friends. more
