We've owned a flat screen Samsung TV for two years and the panel recently went our with an estimated cost of $1000 to repair it. Our warrenty expired one year ago, but we felt that the actual panel was defective and should not have gone out in such a short amount of time. Steve, the technician at Snyder TV, was very helpful in coaching me what to say to the manufacturer's customer service representatives and finally called the manufacturer for us and was able to convince them to supply us with the panel at no cost. We ended up paying $180 for the repair instead of $1000. We're very grateful to him for his help and feel that the manufacturer would have not been so generous to us if it hadn't been for him speaking with them. I would highly recommend Snyder TV to anyone in the St. Louis, MO area and will definately use them again for any tv or video repairs.
