I had the best customer service experience EVER at Schmitts. Tony was so nice, accomodating and professional. He explained everything that was being done, showed me the 2 waiting areas and periodically checked on me and gave me progress reports. Up to this point I thought customer service was dead - It is not at Schmitt's VW. Also I love my jetta - best car I have ever owned. more

Non-service 6/11/2011

They don't perform the services they claim to be performing. My Audi's low oil light came on one week after it was in for its 30,000 mile maintenance. I took it to Jiffy Lube and the guy there said the oil was so black and gummy, it looked like it had never been changed. They also supposedly replaced my front air bag and the light came back on again 2 weeks later (conveniently after the car was out of warranty). Once I'm finished with this car I'll never, EVER go back there. more
