Just want to say thanks for all the great work Schmidt Custom Home have done on our home over the years. When we moved in 32 years ago we knew eventually that we would have to start remodeling at some point. Since then Schmidt Custom Home have vinyl sided our home, put in replacement windows, a new roof, installed two new garage doors. Several years later Schmidt Custom Home completely remodeled our two bathrooms and our kitchen with a granite counter top and tile back splash.. We solicited many quotes each time and no one provided the total value proposition more than Schmidt Custom Home. Schmidt Custom Homer price was appropriate for the excellent quality Schmidt Custom Home provided. more

We have had a professional relationship with Schmidt Custom Home for approximately 11 years and two houses. The company has handled all kinds of projects for us, large and small, in a timely manner and with expertise. They have completed small outside projects such as new brick paved walkways and new concrete front steps, concrete flooring in the garage, and outside accent lighting. more

The job looks great, there were no leaks from last night`s rain, and all the water ended up running down the downspouts, so I guess it is a success! By the way, the three guys who did the roof were very pleasant and polite and good-natured, even given the pressures of time and weather. They took very good care of our property, cleaned up nicely, and most impressive to me as a pipe organ craftsman, seem to take genuine pride in their own good work. Thanks very much for Schmidt Custom Homer good care and oversight, and Schmidt Custom Homer patience in making sure we were kept informed of developments. Schmidt Custom Home can be sure we`ll be in touch next time a major project rears its head. more

We appreciate the timeliness in which Schmidt Custom Home completed the project as well as Schmidt Custom Homer talent. Schmidt Custom Homer approach to the project and construction were very professional. We have been studying decks at friends` houses over the last couple of weeks. The difference between having a professional do the work versus decks built by the homeowner is staggering! It really has made us appreciate what we got for our money! I hired Schmidt Custom Home to help me with the last remodel I did in my kitchen. They installed my new kitchen set with all the new cubords, the sink the oven, dishwasher everything! It too them only a few hours and everything was ready and done! more

The renovation project has been an outstanding success. The membership is extremely pleased with the design, quality, and ambiance of the new clubhouse. I honestly have not heard any substantive criticism from any members. In fact, some of the members who voted against the project have sidled up to me and whispered that they are enjoying the new clubhouse. more
