Went with group of 9 to celebrate a birthday. Had a 6:30 p.m. reservation on a weeknight. Finally got our food just before 8 p.m.--at least some of us did. One person waited another 20 minutes for his pizza. Meatloaf ($16.99) was cold in places, dry and hard and tasted like microwaved leftovers. Ribs ($23.99) were so tough they could barely be cut with a knife. Other dishes were mediocre at best--nothing tasted fresh from the local markets as they advertise. Waitress was unfriendly and disinterested. They refuse to give separate checks for a group, but added a 19 percent tip. We were left to figure out who had what and total our own amounts. The manager's attitude was extremely unprofessional and contentious from the get-go. His liberal use of ""the F word"" to our group, which included my 80-year-old mother, was very disrespectful. He reluctantly offered to remove the late pizza and four drinks from the bill, after several in the group already had paid, forcing us to sharpen our pencils again. When we thought we finally had the bill settled, he came out to the parking lot, yelling that we were short a couple of bucks and the waitress would just have to make it up. What a great reason for a restaurant to give separate checks! Overall an extremely unpleasant evening. No wonder the restaurant was half empty.
Pros: Decent beer if that's all you want.
Cons: Food was awful. Service was worse. Very noisy.
