Our master bedroom window did not seal. I phoned and was passed along to 3 people. A week and a half later the repair man came out, ripped off the wood trim and then discovered he had the wrong part. When I called the main Sherer Bros number, they have no general ""customer service"" number. I was passed on by the operator to someone in the windows department and that person wasn't in, I didn't leave my number on his answering machine. There is no one person you can call to get good customer service.
