I suggest you run don't walk to Schendens Spa and get one too! more

Awesome & Relaxing! 2/2/2012

Great Spa! I have been going to Schendens Medical Spa in Troy for about 7 years. Great place, private and has a nice relaxation room with water, coffee, etc while you unwind. I have gotten many of the treatments they offer since it is a full Medical Spa ? awesome! I have seen several massage therapists and gotten the Swedish massage, hot stone and deep tissue ? always amazing and relaxing. I have even gotten endermology treatments (cellulite treatment) and had great results. I have never been disappointed ? and continue to recommend Dr. Schendens Medical Spa to family and friends. I recieve regular facials at the spa and loved the estheticians eyelashes (I was told it was compliments of Latisse) and so the esthetician walked me over to the medical side and I purchased a bottle. Next thing I knew I was making an appointment for Botox and Juvedrem. I now look 10 years younger and refreshed without looking overdone. Dr. Schenden was extremely patient with all of my questions and very informative, a true professional. I highly recommend Doctor Schenden and his Spa!!! more

Fabulous 10/26/2010

I recently discovered Schenden's Spa in Troy. I was skeptical at first because it was in a high rise office building but was pleasantly surprised at how tranquil the Spa was! I was greeted and escorted into a grass cloth wallpapered relaxation room while I awaited my esthetician. Raquel introduced herself as my skin therapist for the day and my relaxation experience began. It was the most relaxing european facial I have ever recieved! I even fell asleep only to awake and find my skin felt like butter! I can't wait to go back and I think I will visit their Doctor for some much needed botox. more

Professional and Relaxing 5/14/2009

I am a regular customer at each of the spa locations (Troy, Lake Orion). Their facials, massages, pedicures and permanent make-up services are wonderful! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and professional. The facilities are very clean and well equipped. I feel great when I leave. I would highly recommend the Schenden spas. more

Horrible!! 3/15/2008

I have tried this spa many times and every time, the experience has not been a good one for me. I have received pedicures, massages, laser hair removal, microdermabrasions, etc. I would not recommend this spa to ANYONE. Sadly, it is very close to me, and I wanted so much to like this spa, but the people are unprofessional, rude, and don't answer questions. Their massage rooms are freezing and they cut their massages 15 minutes short! Don't waste your time or money. more

I enjoyed my day of pampering at the spa. The staff was knowledgeable and made me comfortable throughout the visit. I will definitely be back for additional visits. The location is great and the view from the windows is great! They made my birthday a very relaxing, special day. more

Great Specials, and many services 4/17/2006

They have very educated staff members, and offer a variety of services ranging from facials to massage, and more. They cater to men and women, and this would be a great place to give a certificate to. They're also conveniently located in a busy city. more

Relaxing, and peaceful 3/27/2006

I treated my husband and I to a Valentine's special this year - a couples massage. It was so relaxing and stress reliving! I highly recommend this spa and that you check out their website, spaonthelake.com for monthly specials, you won't be sorry! PROS: Relaxing atmosphere, professional staff CONS: ?could there be any with a heavenly massage? more
