Best Oral Surgeon in South Bay 1/24/2009

My Mother has a number of medical problems that made her treatment more complex. Dr. Schell was able to sort it out appropiately and help her with her oral surgery needs. He and the staff were very kind and caring .They took care of her and everything went quite well afterwards. Our family owes a lot to this office and it took a lot of the stress off seeing the treatment went and how well she recovered. We are thankful for that and to our Dentist who recommended us there. For more complex procedures ,I would recommend this office very highly 12/16/2008

I was reffered to Dr Schell for evaluation for a dental implant.\r \r I was very pleased with the care of both the Doctor and the caring staff.Dr Schell was able to spend the time to discuss the options and the advantages and implications of the treatment proposed.\r \r The treatment went well and was relatively painfree\r \r .Follow up was good and my dentist was pleased with the outcome.After the wait for the healing to the bone it was relatively easy in the dental office for the crown and I have been pleased ever since.\r \r .I did not feel pushed and the skill level of the whole office was very high.\r \r As I said the result was excellent ,I recommend the Office\r \r RR Pros: For more complex procedures ,I would recommend this office very highly .I was very pleased with the care of both the Doctor and the caring staff. I am very thankful to have been referred to Dr. Schell . The office was pleasant ,efficient and clean. The information provided was clear and helpful . \r \r \r Dr. Schell was patient and kind .My daughter underwent surgery without problems.Her recovery was much better than expected and better than I have seen in her friends who have undergone similar undertakings.I would recommend this office to you without reservation . \r \r Very Professional Office. Dr. Schell has treated several of my family members over the years. I have been happy to be able to refer my friends to him also. \r \r He was . I was comfotable having him do surgery for me. I had a good recovery and did not miss work. \r \r I appreciated the follow up after the surgery also.\r \r His office staff is pleasant, caring and helpful. I have always felt that the team was there for me. They were helpful with my insurance concerns and billing. His fees were reasonable especially considering the training, equipment and staffing needed to do surgery and anesthesia. \r \r He took time to address all my concerns with all my family members.\r \r I recommend him highly without any reservation.I am thankful to have been refered to Dr Schell years ago.\r \r Pros: professional, caring, thorough and gentle more

Very high marks for professionalism and care. 9/23/2008

I was very nervous about having oral surgery performed.\r \r I had the chance to have a consult before the scheduled appointment and I was very pleased with both the doctor and the professional staff who had already followed through with my insurance company.\r \r I got all the information and the next day the surgery went without a hitch .Recovery was better than I expected and was back to work faster than anticipated.Thank you for the follow up call from the office manager!! \r \r Very high marks for professionalism and care.highly recomended Pros: Very high marks for professionalism and care.nice office workers.surgery went well. more

Several great past experiences with Dr Schell 9/22/2008

I have always recieved good quality care in a quite timely way in this office .Nurse was always helpful in sorting out the insurance questions (very important).Very nice office well equipted and modern. Good surgeon kind and patient .Good follow up the next day .I would go way out of my way to be seen by this doctor.I recomended several from work and all had the same positive impression.I'm glad I was recomended there for surgery. This Doctor is kind well skilled in the treatment he provides.Insurance issues were completed in advance.follow up by the office was reassuring . No complications . Fast recovery . Dr. Schell is a great oral surgeon. He explained everything in as much detail as I needed to understand the procedure I was going to have. That was key to easing my fears. I would highly recomend this doctor,The office staff was nice and helpful and the doctor was very careing and did a superb job .Dr. Schell took the time to discuss my treatment before hand, I was very nervous about having surgery, but they made me feel a lot better .My recovery was much easier than expected and they followed up with me afterwards to check on me.I honestly recomend this professional careing office and Doctor.\r Pros: great caring doctor ,professional friendly staff more
