Service Scam 11/13/2010

These guys try to rip you off by selling you "transmission oil change" when it is not needed and charge a hefty amount at that ($139) .. other similar tricks include "brake shims loose" .. whatever takes labor hours - and is hard to verify. Such cheap tricks are not expected from a reputed dealership more

Wonderful salesmen 11/16/2006

Recently I purchased a new Toyota at Schaumburg Toyota. I was completely satisfied with the salesman I had. He was knowledgeable and friendly and helped me make my decisions about options without being pushy. I also had some dealings with another salesman who was equally helpful. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to have a good experience when purchasing a new or used car at this dealership. more

NEW CAR SALES 8/9/2005

I was looking for a Toyota Camry and the salesperson named Ted didn't even know their product. I asked whats the horsepower on the 4 cylinder and 6 cylinder and he gave me a ballpark figure. I asked what kind of torque it had and if HIDs are an option and he had no clue. Toyota's top selling vehicle and he had to find out. It seems I knew more than he did on the Camry. He also seemed very lazy and not customer friendly. more
