DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE. THEIR NEGLIGENCE WILL END WITH YOUR PET DYING. I took my elderly dog here about 8 months ago and pointed out a small nodule on her nipple. The vet dismissed it and said it was a fatty tissue. This is after she repeatedly interrupted me while I was trying to voice my concerns about my dog's health. I took my dog back when the nodule got bigger. I was again interrupted while trying to voice my concerns, and was again told it was a fatty tissue. When I went back the third time it was suddenly something different, and she needed to be spayed and then they needed to do surgery to remove the growth. After the spay she was urinating blood. It was not until today that they FINALLY informed us that it is cancerous. Then told us we needed to find another vet to remove the growth because we obviously don't trust them. When I attempted to explain why I didn't trust them I was again repeatedly interrupted and told "We recommended spaying." What does that have to do with you telling me a cancerous tumor was a fatty tissue? more

I will never take my dog back to this place. I adopted my dog through the humane society and received a voucher to get my pet spayed here. I made the appointment and when I went to drop off my pet was told she would have to stay overnight for this routine procedure. I worked at a vet for 3 years and my brother is a vet tech. This is unnecessary for a dog that came out of anesthesia with no problem. I asked id anyone would be there to monitor her after 7 they said no. I told them I was not comfortable leaving my pet overnight in a facility that closes at 7 pm and will have no one to monitor my pet. I said I wanted to pick my dog up that night and I would sign whatever forms were necessary. The receptionist (rude might I add) basically told me too bad. Her exact words were "well, I don't know what to tell you". Really?! I worked as a receptionist at a vet for 3 years and I never would have addressed a client this way. That is not a way to handle a client I was furious. She then had the nerve to ask me "well are you leaving her or not" I was furious when I left. Not to mention their "charts" are a note card! Insane! And you don't have to fill out paperwork to drop your pet off for a procedure or to keep them overnight! I was furious when they told me I could not pick up MY pet. You can't refuse to give people their animal. Its ridiculous. Maybe it was because I had a voucher and I wasn't a paying customer but after the other reviews I have read I am sad I decided to leave her there. I am glad to have the vet I have and I will never bring my dog back to this facility! Unacceptable. more

I have gone to scenic hills with my old dogs one of them got put down there and my cat who I have now gets treated there I went to Banfield for awhile but they're prices were crazy!!! Scenic hills has very nice people and they're waiting areas were kind of full of dog hair but what do you expect it's a vets office for goodness sake they clean they're office every day and night I know this because one time they were sweeping and wiping down they're lobby and they were closed but they were nice enough to give my cat a re-check up. I would definitely recommend them for they're staff and they're prices!!! more

We have been taking our animals here for over 20 years.While the service is excellent the waiting is getting to be too much.We have to wait an hour even if we have made an appointment.We may be forced to go to a smaller clinic that is not so over booked.The wait is just too long for us and for our animals.They took such good care of our little dog that was hurt not too long ago.We were so grateful for their caring and service but hope we will not have to wait so long for the shots next time at check up time. more
