Dr Scarola is a great orthodontist! He took the time to explain my son's treatment and answer all of our questions and we are so very pleased with our sons beautiful smile. I was impressed that Dr. Scarola saw our son himself for every appointment, as I have heard from my friends of their very different experience elsewhere. I would highly recommend him and his friendly staff! more

I had HORRIBLE, I mean HORRIBLE teeth. I was so embarrassed to smile because I had a huge gap between my front teeth. Dr. Scarola was great. Not only did he provide excellent care, he put me at ease throughout the process. I am now more confident about my smile & appreciated his practice style. His office is not the typical ""pony show"" of other dentists in the area. He truly cares. He has a small group of great girls working there, too. I definitely recommend him! more

As a mother of three, as well as someone who had extensive dental work as a child, choosing the perfect orthodontist for my family was a huge decision for myself and my husband. After our initial consultation I knew Dr. Scarola was the one! Their offices are always running according to schedule, the longest I have ever had to wait is 15 minutes, and the staff is extremely friendly. Bruce explained to my children exactly what was going to be done at each and every visit and was so kind that they did not fear coming to be seen. My second oldest son just recently got his braces off and the results are fantastic. He is proud to show his new smile and even has my youngest son excited to get his braces on soon. If anyone in the greater Tampa Bay area is looking for orthodontic work I highly recommend Dr. Scarola! more

I do not recommend Dr. Scarola for orthodontic work. He performed my work 15 years ago and I have been disappointed ever since. I have frequent jaw pain when chewing. Now my dentist says that my teeth are grinding and will degrade over time if left untreated. Upon initial consultation he offered several alternate treatments. We asked his opinion on the best option. He dodged the question and refused to make a proper recommendation. On a personal note, he is very kind. Pros: Nice Cons: Poor Work more

I have three children in active treatment. I find Dr. Scarola to be trustworthy. At the initial consultation (which was free, by the way), he clearly explained each child's treatment plan to me: what steps needed to be done, how long it would take, and how much it would cost including easy payment options. If not for his kindness, I wouldn't be able to have my children in braces all at the same time. I see him and his staff in action, and I am assured that my children are getting excellent care, respect and personal attention. I can tell Dr. Scarola is reputable because he is recommended by most dentists in the Brandon area. He seems not to advertise too much but other patients' parents say they find him by word-of-mouth. Now that, to me, is more effective than broadcast and print ads. I am impressed most by his evening and Saturday hours --- what consideration to accommodate our work and school demands. If you value TRUST, TALENT and TIME like me, Dr. Scarola is the best choice for you. After practicing general dentistry for 35 years, I beleive I can state with confidence that I know intimately those characteristics that separate the average from the exceptional in the delivery of dental care in all forms. Begining with personal ethics as a foundation of all his activities and carrying that idea further to include honesty, superior competence in his field, and a desire to honor his Jesiut alma mater by living their motto "" Men for Others"", Dr. Scarola is a perfect roll model for the healthcare professional so much needed in todays world.
