I called Scarlett's Landscape to get my sprinklers done. There were issues with broken heads and a bunch of problems. They came immediately and did work on the sprinklers. They worked quickly. I've called two or three times for service needs regarding my sprinklers. I've been treated very well, they are very hospitable on the phone and always helpful and friendly when they come. I think they are a great company. more

I found the communication of Scarlett's Landscaping to be very poor. They didn't really give me a lot of notice for when they would show up. I had them install an irrigation system and control panel in my backyard, but they were unclear on the scope of the work. I have another irrigation system in my front yard and they claimed that it was not specified that they should hook up this system to the new control panel. So now I have two irrigation systems that each have a separate control panel. They never gave me or my wife a rundown on how the new system works either. When they were done, the only way I knew they had finished with the project was when I got an invoice. They should have checked in with us at the end of the process and explained how to use the new control panel. RESPONSE FROM Scarlett's Landscape Inc.: I am sorry you were unhappy with your experience. Our contract included a new irrigation system for the rear and only leak repair in the front. Once you brought this to my attention after the job was complete, I offered to come up there and connect your front valves for a fair price. Your system should have been explained thoroughly to you onsite and I will be more then happy to come and do so if you so desire as that was our mistake. more

Jason assisted me in upgrading and caring for my property in Ventura. He suggested the appropriate plants/trees, and helped me save a large signature tree in the front when others thought it should come down. The pruning worked out well and I'm glad we saved it. I like the people at Scarlett's - especially Marcos and Frank who have spent a fair amount of time in our yard. When my husband was sick, they made every effort to finish our front ldscp so he could enjoy it. Then one day - there they were, in my front yard staking up my trees in the wind without a word! Scarlett's Landscape replaced two trees including the soil under one of them. One of the expensive olive trees they replaced has its leaves browning and we are worried it won't make it. The landscape looks good but we are being told to wait and see if the tree makes it and it is an expensive investment to lose this quickly. more

They have good people and they are trained properly. That's important to me because I have been a supervisor before. They follow directions extremely well and come up with quality products. The end product is the way I envision it and hope for it to be. Their prices are reasonable and come out close to the quote. When the foreman of the crew leaves, the crew keep working and they know what they are supposed to be doing. more

We hired them to do landscaping in our front and back yard. They were very timely, and kept us informed as to what they were doing. They showed up on time to do the work. The only reason I did not give them straight 5's on the ratings is because we have had issues with a few of the plants dying, but I am sure he will take care of it. more

Scarlett's Landscaping comes into our backyard and keeps it up. It's a tropical backyard, so it's a lot of work. They come in, they trim all the plants and the trees and clean the whole yard up. They do a good job. more

They did a landscaping job all around our home. I found them to be overpriced, and I would not recommend them. I would give Jason, who did all the planning, a negative score if I could. He is not a customer oriented person. He needs to work on his commitment to understanding customer needs. His staff was hard working and delightful though. more
