replace thermstat and flush 10/14/2017

They did good job to fix it and coolant was full so I took out of coolant down to cold level to prevent over flow more

I explained the situation with my car on one day, made an appointment for the next day and it was done. They even provided a ride home for me because the wait time was a little long. There have been no problems since it was fixed. more

Dependable! 8/21/2017

My son has a new to him (read very old) Jeep. This Jeep was not driven regularly before he got it, so lots of little problems are shaking their way loose. Scarff's Automotive has done a great job both talking him through some little things as well as fixing it all. more

Excellent service and outstanding employees 8/7/2017

I was throughly pleased by not only the customer service, but how quickly my vehicle was serviced. I was impressed by how friendly the staff was, and how they took the time to explain the cars problems and what they did to repair them. I will definitely be going back for future repairs! more

Came for the basics, got more than I bargained for 4/19/2017

Came here because of a good recommendation from a friend, but I was very disappointed. I just wanted an oil change, tire rotation and check tire alignment. Not only do I feel over charged but he also came back with a lot of troubling news and $1,000 of suggested repairs. Thanks buddy, but next time only do the job that you were asked to do, and try to have competitive prices... more

I could have spent a lot on unneeded parts and servicing elsewhere. Scarff's checked my vehicle and the problem wasn't the ball joints as I feared, the shocks were shot -- that was easier and less expensive! more

I love that I can take my car in to Dennis and his crew at Scarff's because they have always provided service that was thorough and timely. Most importantly though is that they have always serviced my car honestly, without a bunch of unexpected services or added expenses, unlike my experiences with both the Mercedes Dealerships here in Kansas City. more

Great service 10/17/2016

The water pump on my car recently went out. I normally have to drop my car off the evening before for any service, but Dennis called that morning, and said they would be more than happy to go get the car and repair it that day. I called home and told my wife they were on the way, they picked up the car, replaced the water pump and it was ready to roll after work. Great service, one of the many little things Scarffs does for their customers! more
