If you like cheese, and you know you do, you'll love Scardello. The only reason for 4 stars is they don't stay open late enough (I'm a night owl). These people live cheese and can educate you about all of the wonders of the perfect food. I've dined in as well as had them cater a client meeting where they made the best cheese board ever in the history of man. more
