This place is closed. I've purchased marzipan cakes from here over the years and I'm looking for any information about their cakes because nothing I've ever had compares. If anyone has any idea if anyone else makes these cakes or even the recipes, I'd really really really appreciate getting info. more

The marzipan is to die for 6/20/2006

This is the very best marizpan available in this country. I'm serious. I love the martzipan cake at Scandia Kaffe House. I've tried other marzipan cakes, and they are too dry or don't have the right blend of flavors. This is where we ordered our wedding cake from, and we still (3 years later) get comments on how good the cake was. Highly, highly recommended. Pros: fantastic food, especially the marzipan cake!! Cons: not the fastest service in town, but adequite more

Best Danish Pastery in Utah 12/10/2005

Great pasteries inexpensively at a comfy little Scandanavian bakery. Also a good selection of Scandanavian deli items including lutefisk and unusual cheeses. Attentive but not interusive service. more
