Sbarro Pizza inside Briarwood Mall.... This has to be one of the dirtiest establishments I have ever been in. The trays for your food are not cleaned. They were all covered in food and other trash. I personally witnessed a lady take the trays off the top of the trash bins and place them back on the counter for people to grab. The cleanliness doesn't stop here either. The tables where dirty and sticky. The floors were also covered in trash. The problem wasn't lack of help. This brings me to the service. There were 4 people behind the counter. Two of them just catching up on what the other one did the night before. One admiring herself in the mirror. She did get us our pizza first. However when we slid down the counter to try and get the side salad that comes with our meal we ordered, she was to busy looking at herself in the mirror. It took several minutes and finally we had to go grab her attention. The last employ had the difficult task of running the cash register and filling up your pop. She acted like it was going to kill her to fill two cups up. I would like to give them credit on the food. The food there was good. Which if anyone knows is hit or miss there. more

  • In Short
Founded as an Italian grocery in 1959 Brooklyn, this family-owned chain has since morphed into the world's largest shopping mall-based eatery, with additional locations in airports, train stations and college campuses. On-the-go diners line up cafeteria style around exhibition kitchens to choose from ready-made, New York-style pizza slices, calzones, garlic knots and Neapolitan standards, such as lasagna, chicken parmigiana and baked ziti. Most locations offer communal seating in a casual, bus-your-own-table setting.
