i just purchase a 2013 tauras from saybrook ford i was very happy with there salesman drew he wasn`t pushy like some of the dealers ive been to. i would recommend them to anybody looking for a vehicle more

Took a Lincoln in with transmision problem and was chagred over $400 to have a diagnastic check to find out to repair would cost $4,500 dollars. Called another Ford dealer who would charge $200 for diagtnastic check. Calle a transmision repair shop to find out diagnastic check would be $100 and repair $1,600. I bought a car from this dealer, will not buy again from them or have a car in for service. more

Upon purchasing a used Bmw X5 from this dealership. the dealer agreed to supply a missing cargo cover. After 30 days of being told by Manik 1 more week 4 times the 5th time the owner Ted tells me 6 more months. I had to get DMV involved that was the only way to get the dealer to pay for a used cover. after having the car less then a week I find out it needs a battery and front brakes dealer owner Ted told me now that I got DMV involved I would get nothing from them. I had to spend over $1,100.00 on repairs on a vehicle that was supose to be safety checked. This dealer does not stand behind there warranty or care less about there customers.Watch out for the added extras they put on the sales contract without telling you. They sold me vin etching that I did not want and they refused to take it off the contract even tho the windows werent etched yet. more

When negotiating the price we couldn't come to an agreement, which is fine. However, at that point the Sales manager came over and said to forget it we already have someonelse for the vehicle. He then told the salemen not to bother with me. I had put money down which they did return and upon that return I found that they withdrew more money then the agreement.(Shady!). Then I tried to call the GM to try and thank him for the little help I got and to say sorry it didnt workout, only to be met with profanity and once again unprofessionalism. I would never reccomend this company to my worst enemy. Saybrook Ford of CT. is the true apitamy of a shady used car dealership.. more

We bought a truck from them last year and have overall been very pleased with the service that we have received. They have a huge selection of trucks and their sales staff is more than willing to "make the sale". They were helpful in the decision making process and not too pushy with the sales pitch. The only thing I am not very pleased about was there was a recall on my husbands truck a few weeks after we purchased it. So we had to bring it in to be serviced. We assumed that they would give him a loner vehicle comparable to the vehicle he was having serviced. That was not the case. They lent him a tiny Ford Focus station wagon. My husband uses his vehicle for work, hauling his equipment to and from the job site, so this left us without a proper vehicle for the week that it was at the garage. more
