Met agent Thom O'Brien at 614 43rd avenue,San Francisco...place was listed 2 years ago at $2200 now $2850 due to S.F. market..no room to budge on upgrades..house was built in 1926...

Met agent Thom O'Brien at 614 43rd avenue,San Francisco...place was listed 2 years ago at $2200 now $2850 due to S.F. market..no room to budge on upgrades..house was built in 1926?? downstairs has filthy rug not to be replaced ,but cleaned!!! no insulation on exterior or interior walls..but when asked if i could put drywall and insulation..his answer was why would you want to do that? how bout heat bill and noise factor for starters...as a rental agent he knows I need to give 30 days notice to my landlord no consideration there...he was standoffish at best and I would never recommend using him as agent... more
